4 out of 5 starsThere was a scratch on the top. It looks like a skipping along surface while the hole was being drilled. Otherwise, it is a really pretty gem.

If you are a jeweler, you probably know that this area will be hidden by metal. If you are still a jeweler, and this is a fundamental issue for you, then you probably know that this scratch can be removed by polishing in 1 minute. 💥💥💥 By purchasing this stone with a 30% discount, you created a problem out of nothing. And the fact that you received a genuine, perfectly cut crystal, without inclusions or chips, doesn’t interest you? Do you always notice only the negative in everything? 💥💥💥 Don't order anymore from my shop pls. There are many scammers here from India selling glass instead of stones. I wish you to buy from them. 💥 I don't recommend TheDragonGate, beware of negative people! ☀️😊

Shipping
Orders are sent within 1-2 business days after receiving the payment. All items are carefully wrapped and shipped in safe bubble envelopes.
We ship packages without tracking if order less than €20. If you need a tracking number in any case, please contact us.
We ship via Latvian Post, once shipped, here are possible reception delays, according to Latvian Post Service:
■ EU: up to 5-15 days;
■ US: up to 2-4 weeks (usually the shipping lasts about 6-8 days, but it can still vary up to 5 weeks, or even more, especially at winter time, delivered by USPS);
■ Canada: up to 20-40 days;
■ Everywhere else: up to 2-4 weeks.
Please note that there may be additional shipping delays related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
